Post-season plan
The July run has finished after selling out every performance. Posting now preserves that achievement, thanks the people who made it possible and gives interested audiences one clear next step: hear about the next season. Grab the matching asset and caption from the media kit (captions · reels · graphics).
| Moment | Best window | Lead asset | Angle |
|---|---|---|---|
| First 48 hours | Post promptly | Curtain call or raised-hands photograph | Thank the audience, cast, La Mama, Andi Snelling and partners. State clearly that all three performances sold out. |
| This week | One or two posts | Production-photo carousel | Show the ritual, music and company. Invite people to join the next-season list without sales urgency. |
| Next 2-4 weeks | Space posts out | Audience quote plus an atmospheric detail | Build an honest record of the debut: what happened, what resonated and who made it possible. |
| When new plans are ready | One clear announcement | Strongest hero photograph or new teaser | Announce the next season once dates and venue are confirmed. Until then, use only the mailing-list CTA. |
Every post - this matters most
- Lead with a real production photograph and one clear message; avoid stacking several calls to action.
- Reply to genuine comments. Tag @lamamatheatre, partners and cast where they are directly relevant.
- Invite cast and partners to re-share in their own words rather than coordinating identical comments.
- Feed captions: “link in bio”. Stories: use a link sticker → www.trypilliantarot.com.
- Use English and Ukrainian versions where appropriate, and vary photographs instead of repeating one tile.
